We offer internet-based web hosting solutions for individuals, large corporations, and small businesses. These services include web hosting, email clients, and domain name registration. We do not offer services that extend beyond these and we are under no obligation to do so even at the express request of one of our customers. If someone should purchase our services with the belief that we provide something else entirely, the fault lies with them and not with us. We will not pay to reimburse them for the money that they put down or any money that was lost during the process.

We alone reserve the right to shut down websites that are hosted on our servers if we see any reason at all to do so. We do not have to pay the user who owns the site for the money that they will lose as a result of this action. We do not have to pay them for future gains that are lost. We are not responsible for any legal action that is taken against them in regards to their site, and we will charge them all court fees and lawyer fees if a court case should occur. They alone will be responsible for their own fees and costs.

Among the many things that are illegal on our servers are sites that promote hate, racism, sexism, pornography, or illegal transactions such as the exchange of illegal goods; these could include songs, programs, movies, and all other files that can be moved between computers. If anyone should be found breaking these rules despite having agreed to the terms and conditions upon the purchase of the server space, their membership shall be revoked and their website shut down. They will not be eligible for reimbursement or compensation because of this type of a shutdown.

Finally, we are allowed to shut a site down because of the actions of the site's owner as they are directed toward our company or any member of our staff. We will not allow illegal hacking into our system or the targeting of our servers for viruses, spyware, or malware. We will not allow the illegal transfer of files onto our servers. We will not allow hatred, profanity, or any other demeaning speech or action to be directed at a member of our staff. If any of these things happen, we will shut to site down with no compensation.
